The ideal outfit is a dress, skirt or loose pants, cotton underwear, and shoes that are easy to slip on and off. Wear loose fitting clothing, a dress is perfect. However, your comfort is the most important thing so if you are not comfortable, reschedule your appointment. If you get your period, that’s no big deal! Just know that we genuinely don’t care. If it has been more like 2 or more years of hair growth, we will trim prior to the service. The hair needs to be at least the length of a grain of rice so we generally recommend 2 or more weeks of hair growth. This means don’t trim! The more hair the better.
Follow with a good moisturizer that night and then don’t do anything more until your appointment.

But remember, we want to scrub the top layer of the skin off, not the top three layers of skin off so be thorough but gentle.
